Our kayaks are very stable sit-on-top kayaks which are fitted with comfortable back rests. Double and single kayak availability makes kayaking with us the perfect activity for the whole family.

No experience necessary our staff explains the basics with kayaking and introduces the Mooloolah River on a map you can use to navigate throughout the river.

Is Kayaking hard?

Not at all. With a few basic instructions you will be gliding around the river in no time!

How many people can fit in a kayak?

We have single and double kayaks available. In some cases small children can seat between the two paddlers of a double kayak.

Where can we paddle?

We provide you with a map showing the best places to go exploring within the Mooloolah river and its canals.
If you like to take a kayak in the Ocean you will require an “offsite hire” a valid ID and bond will be required.

Do you have life jackets available?

We sure do. Although it is not a requirement as all hires are held in calm waters, but we do have them available at no extra cost if you’re a bit of a sinker!

What if the weather turns bad?

If we have to cancel due to unfavorable weather we will try re-schedule to another day or the option for a full refund.

All hires depart from The Wharf, Mooloolaba. This is the ideal place, with loads of options of what to explore, the Mooloolah river is the best place to start your kayak adventure.
