Stand Up Paddle Boards

Do i need a lesson?

Lessons are advised (but not essential) for all first timers as just 1 hour with our qualified instructors will give you the skills and confidence to paddle like a pro.

Are the boards very stable?

Yes, we have the various models of the latest inflatable paddle boards. We allocate the right board for every individual, ensuring a great time will be had by all!

Where can we paddle?

We provide you with a map showing the best places to go exploring within the Mooloolah river and its canals.

Can kids paddle too?

Of course! Whether the young ones sit in front on Mum or Dads board or if they are up for the challenge we have boards and paddles for all sizes!

Do you have life jackets available?

We sure do. Although it is not a requirement as all hires are held in calm waters, but we have them available at no extra cost if you’re a bit of a sinker!

What if the weather turns bad?

If we have to cancel due to unfavorable weather we will try re-schedule to another day or the option for a full refund.

Jetski

Do I need a licence?

No. There is no excuse!

Are first timers welcome?

Yes, first timers are our favorite customers! Our qualified instructors will ensure you are fully confident before you embark on your jet ski adventure.

Where do you go on the jet skis?

We have a massive 3 sq kilometer area just off Mooloolaba Main Beach, though the trip leaves from the Wharf Mooloolaba.

Do I need to be a strong swimmer?

Not at all. The entirety of the hire is held under the watchful eyes of our experienced instructors in a rescue boat. You will also be provided with a life jacket.

Is booking essential?

Yes, we have lots of different activities running all the time so to avoid disappointment be sure to book in advance.

What are the age restrictions?

Kids as young as 8 can join in on the fun, a 16 yo can hire and drive by themselves!

Kayaks

Is Kayaking hard?

Not at all. With a few basic instructions you will be gliding around the river in no time!

How many people can fit in a kayak?

We have single and double kayaks available. In some cases small children can seat between the two paddlers of a double kayak.

Where do you leave from?

All hires depart from The Wharf, Mooloolaba. This is the ideal place, with loads of options of what to explore, the Mooloolah river is the best place to start your kayak adventure.

Boats

Do I need a licence?

No, our friendly staff will thoroughly run through the safe operation of our boats.

Do you have fishing gear?

Yes we hire out rods and we also sell bait and tackle

Is there any good fishing spots?

Our friendly staff show you on a map all the hottest fishing locations.

Do the boats have any shade?

All of our boats are fitted with canopy’s to keep that hot Queensland sun off your skin!

Are there any good swimming spots?

Most definitely! The Mooloolah river has many beautiful swimming locations which will be shown on your map.

Do we have to pay for fuel?

Of course not! All our boats come squeaky clean with a full tank of fuel.
